Methods of payment

Credit Card Payments are accepted, (Visa and Mastercard). This site is 3D secure, this is the latest in security,  both the card holder and the site are protected.
Payment can be made by direct credit deposit into our bank account, account details will be shown via confirmation email  when you place an order.
We accept cheques. Post to address below. They  must be cleared before goods are sent.

All parcels are sent via New Zealand Post.
Postage is calculated depending on weight.

Letter = $1.50

2.5kg =$4.50
Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery.

International

Prices are in NZ Dollars.
Postage will be calculated when the order is placed.

Please allow 1- 2 weeks minimum for delivery.

Returns

We hope that you are 100% satisfied. Returns must be sent back within 30 days and only fabric in original condition, and packaging will be refunded, Non refundable items are, patterns or books, due to copyright laws,sale items, items with smoke odours, postage and frieght.
